I don’t know what I want.
How do I figure out what to do next?
I want to make a change and I’m not sure how.
People in my life suggest I may benefit from talking with someone.
I help teenagers and young adults who feel overwhelmed and stuck to create a clear plan of action and get moving again.
I have obstacles in my personal, school or work life, such as:
taking care of my health
stress and overwhelm
setting and reaching goals
setting and maintaining boundaries
I’m in school, and:
I would benefit from additional support and accountability.
I’m searching for my life purpose.
I’m unsure of my next steps after graduation (job, further education, etc.)
I’m looking for a job, and I wonder:
How do I get noticed?
How do I build my confidence?
What kind of work do I want to do?
How do I get motivated and get started?
Overall, things are going well, and:
I want more from life.
I want to make a change.
I have a sense there’s something missing.
I’m approaching or I’m in the middle of a life transition (school, job, relationship, empty nest, retirement, etc.)
