Hi! My name is Jean Trujillo. My pronouns are she/her.
I'm an engineer by education and experience, and I’m a parent of three children. As they grew older, I began to volunteer in their schools and discovered new interests in education and mental wellness. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults to help them discover what it means to them to live a good life.
I believe all people have the ability to be successful. Why is it that some people achieve their goals while others struggle? I think part of the answer is those who turned their dreams into reality had the benefit of support – formal or informal – from a parent/guardian, relative, teacher, friend or caring adult.
However, many people have these supports and still struggle. That’s when you may consider engaging the support of a neutral partner (i.e. coach) - someone who cares about you, and uses an inquiry process to help you explore and think more deeply and broadly than you would otherwise on your own. I help you identify what’s important to you, and I support you to bring these things into your life so that you create a life you love. I am committed to supporting all people to achieve their version of success.
I am a Certified Youth Resilience Coach, Certified Academic Resilience Coach and Certified Career Discovery Coach, and I believe coaching is positive transformation. I also understand the financial constraints for those who need these supports most. Therefore, each quarter, I reserve several partial scholarship client spots. Please inquire.
